Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless there is a fault of our own.Â

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Parcel not received due to incorrect address We are unable to offer refunds on orders in which the customer has provided the incorrect address and the parcel has been delivered. If it is found before the parcel has been delivered that the incorrect address was provided we may be able to redirect the parcel however you must reach out before the order shows a delivered status on your tracking.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please keep in mind while ordering that wax melts could melt or discolour in transit due to weather conditions. This does not affect the quality of wax melt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on change of mind orders.
